Late Arrival & Day Off

  • All employees are required to post a notice in the office group regarding absences and late arrivals.
  • If an employee needs a day off, they must request it one day in advance from management.
  • The amendment provides that any employee who arrives late to work more than four times in a month may be granted a one-day absence.
  • Any employee who arrives at work more than 10 minutes late will be considered late.
  • Two partial days will be counted as one full day of leave.
  • If any emergency arises and an employee needs to leave the office early, then their salary will be deducted on an hourly basis.
  • Any employee who leaves the office after lunch or arrives after lunch will be counted as a half day.
