- All employees will receive two paid days off from the firm each month. Employees who have successfully completed their probationary period are affected by this.
- An employee who is still on probation will be given one paid leave per month.
- Six days of leave will be awarded to an employee at the end of the sixth month if the employee goes six months without taking any day off.
- An employee will be given 4 days of leave at the end of the fourth month if they choose 4-month completion rather than 6-month completion.
- This policy has 2 duration of 6th month every year. The first duration begins from January 1 to June 30. The second duration begins from July 1 to December 31.
- Your leave privileges will be terminated at the end of the year. The privileges of leaves begin at the beginning of the new year.
- For each duration, an employee is entitled to 12 days of leave. Your privileges will be terminated at the end of each period.
- An employee can take a maximum of 6 days of lump sum leave during each duration. If management approves.
- If an employee has a lot of work pending, management may or may not approve your leave depending on the circumstances.
